Returns Policy

All personalised and embroidered items are made-to-order once we receive your order. Consequently we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any items of clothing unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error.

Please check the size you require carefully before placing an order

Please note that sizing can vary between different manufacturers and different styles of garment. Before placing your order please check the product size information. As we supply garments from various different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size. As with all clothing a medium produced by one brand may be different to a medium supplied by another.

On every product we provide sizing information to help you make the right choice.

Alternatively you could purchase a plain sample of the garment to establish what size you need. Plain garments can be returned, and you will receive a full refund. You must return them within 28 days, and they should be in perfect condition. The cost of returning the item would be your responsibility.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for this reason once your order has been printed or embroidered.

Please be aware that the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to personalised items.
